A Paracord Bracelet is a bracelet woven out of paracord. Paracord bracelets are also known as survival bracelets, 550 cord bracelets, or parachute cord bracelets and are considered a survival tool.These bracelets become extremely handy in survival or emergency situations. Real paracord is made of seven strong nylon cords with each cord made of several smaller woven strands, all wrapped in a flexible outer braided nylon wrapper. The combined breaking strength of real paracord is 550 pounds. For this reason, some call it “550 cord”.

Paracord is a very hand tool and carrying 10-15 feet of it around your wrist is simply always a plus. That's why paracord bracelets are awesome survival tools, and also very fashionable at the same time.
